How to join us

We hold a weekly group net and radio check each Thursday as follows: 20.40 (local) 144.625 MHz voice, and several members are active with APRS packet radio system on 144.800 MHz, (using various equipment approaches). All members or prospective members are welcome to call in to the net.

Still interested and want to know more about South West Herts RAYNET then contact George Richardson, G6LNX with an with your e-mail and postal addresses plus callsign and Phone details and he will contact you and have a chat and provide the relevant membership application form. Remember that you do not need to have an Amateur licence, however you are more flexible in your support to the Group if you do have one and obtaining a Foundation licence is encouraged.
